Since April 2001, we have been headquartered in the Meadow Lake community of Los Lunas, New Mexico, a suburb of Albuquerque, just twenty minutes south of the airport and twenty minutes east of Los Lunas village. ABCI was the joint venture partner and project developer of Las Calandrias Communities affordable housing through March 2006, where we built or rehabbed over thrity-five residential properties.
In April 2005, ABCI established an economic development office in the local community strip mall, Ken's Game Room and guided the lease purchase transfer of the three acre project to Blu Solutions Internationale, while expanding the original builder, Ken Knauber, to another 1.75 acre ongoing commercial development, now known as Tumbleweed Too, across the street from BSI's Manzano View Plaza, that became a UHAUL Dealership in March 2008, and a UHAUL affiliated eMove Storage & Moving Helper affiliate in June 2008.
Currently, The SRS Foundation continues to sponsor, develop and grow the products and services of the economic development centre,
Manzano View Plaza and the associated project of JKL Enterprises, Tumbleweed Too, while simultaneously continuing to develop alternative affordable housing opportunities, and mentoring entrepreneurs with a dream, or an obstacle to overcome.
